She
also plays percussion in the Brass Worx brass ensemble: www.brassworx.co.uk
Memorable
banding moment:
Playing
"Fanfare For The Common Man" in the Royal Albert Hall to open
the Music For Youth Festival - "I love to hate that piece!"
Being awarded the "Best Percussion Section" prize and winning at
the British Open Youth Championships in 2006.
Why
she likes playing in Bugle Silver Band:
Rachael says:
"I really enjoy being part of a great team of people. We always
have a brilliant time when we travel away for contests...and they all know
how to have a good drink!!"
